Legal services within the sale of the real-estate:
Drafting of complete contract documentation in client´s native language or in a biligual version
Main languages, the transfer documents are drafted in, are english, german, french, italian, spain and russian. When agreed, other language version can be prepared. When agreed, profesional legal interpreter can be provided and the conditions of the property transfer are discussed under his presence in the native language of the client. In other cases, the essentials of the transfer are negotiated with the client in english. The price of this service depends on the circumstances of the transfer - we gladly prepare valuation for a specific case.
Complete services within the intermediation of the sale of the real-estate:
Real-estate services
- Finding and proposing of the real-estate based on the individual demand
- Visitation in the real-estate
- Assistance during handover and takeover

- Drafting of all necessary tax documentation, represenatation in all related proceedings
- Tax services are provided by main international tax firm
